I've lived here for almost 3 years. My lease is up in December and I am so happy I am leaving. This past year they raised my rent $100 per month. When I complained about it, the rental managment told me they had no control over how much my rent would cost. I vowed this would be my last year.

I gave the rental office my vacate notice in October. They sent me another notice telling me my rent would go up only $29. However, on their website they are listing my apartment's rent per month as $918. It's funny how people who are loyal and pay their rent on time are "penalized" by higher rent but new renters are paying less. Maybe, if the rental office passes some of these specials and discounts to the tenants, they wouldn't have so many vacancies.

My other complaints are the dog feces and lazy tenants putting trash in front of the dumpster instead of just opening the door and putting the trash inside of the compactor.

I have stepped in dog feces more time than I can remember living in this community. I have seen persons let their dog(s)defecate on the sidewalk and in areas where people and kids utilize frequently. Instead of these trifling people taking the time to pick up the dog feces, they just keep on going about their business. The community provides us with bags and pails to pick up and dispose the dog waste. Again, some people are just so trashy and trifling that they will not take the time to keep their community clean.

As for the trash, I've seen tenants just drop the trash in front of and on the side of the trash compactor when all they had to do is open the door and throw the trash inside. Sometimes, the compactor is full but I have seen these idiots just do it when it was empty. We had a rodent problem and this is why. Why complain if you are part of the problem.

All I can say is that I am very happy to be moving away from the trash that lives around there. Don't get me wrong, there are others that live their that take pride in their community like I do, but the others I WILL NOT MISS.
