The management at this place is terribly unstable. The last property mannager was the only source of stability in this place for some time. The guy befor her was a lier and a cheat. The new ones are no better, with empty promises and false empathy. The service staff is almost completly incapable of understading what you tell them or of fixing the problem once they get the hint. Now there is a constant parade of new faces in the office and none of them seem to care about any of your concerns(dog pooh, crime, trash, gun shots...). On a regular basis, there are people smoking pot in the stair ways. My child actualy handed me an empty crack bag that she picked up on the play ground! The dog pooh is every were, BIG piles of it. I have to take my kid somewhere else to play outside. The one dumpster they have for the whole property is constantly overflowing and smelly. You would think all this couldn't happen in the middel of Lake Ridge, but I asure you it does and is worst than I than I have time to describe. This was a nice place to live, it's a shame that the management company does not care to ( or isn't able) to hire and retain a better quality of employee. On top of all of that the rent is outrageous. This is probably a common trait of all UDRT propertys. Bottom line is don't live here unless you want a taste of GHETO!
