I have to disagree with the other reviewers on this site. Since Jessica has taken over this property, things are looking great. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the apartment renovations are great, and the staff really cares. Yes, they are a little pricy but so is all of Northern VA! This community is literally a stones throw from the Marina! you can walk right there. The Omni bus line picks up right in front of the property and takes you right to DC. The community is quiet and clean. Yes, there may have been some issues in the past, but the new leasing team is making all the difference. Middle Ridge has really turned around.
