You couldn't ask for a more affordable and gorgeous community to live in... As for the folks that state they have ants, etc... I would tell them to clean up their house!! I have never had any pests. And, the complex will spray inside and outside of my home for free EACH week if I wanted it. Sometimes you can't rely on this type of forum to provide you with the real facts. I would suggest visiting and getting of feel for the community that I call home.
