My sister and I rented a 3 bedroom apartment over by they park for kids for a year then moved into a 2 bedroom by the leasing office. I lived there 2 years to long. When we were over by the park I had a soft ball hit my car and dented the hood. Everytime we used our washing machine our kitchen would flood. They said we could go the laundry mat if we needed to. We called several times about the people below us having the television up so loud it would make pictures fall off our wall and we were told that there is nothing they could do. However the one day I tripped and fell they people below us came upstairs yelling at us and they called the leasing office and we got a notice on our door that we needed to be quieter. After moving to the other side of the complex things just got worse. Someone hit the side of my sisters car because the parking spots were so small. THe wook on our balcany was being to fall apart and the railing was not bolted on so they said they would replace it. They replaced the top boards on the balcany which did nothing. In my shower there was a small hole in the courner and I would not shower in there until they came to fix it after 2 months I was finally about to use it. The floor in my bathroom was rolling up so water was getting on the wood under the shower so everytime you steped in the shower it would sink. I told them about it and they said they would fix it but hey would need to replace the other bathroom floor as well. My sister and myself asked several time to make sure it was just the 2 bathrooms and they said yes. After getting home from work that night they ended up replacing the kitchen and when they had to move things around they broke several things including my great grandmother vase. I talked to the leasing office about it and again just like everything else there was nothing they could do. The only way to get anything done at the apartment complex is the call the head office. I will never again live at one of their properties and will make sure that no one I know does either.
