I've been living here for 3 yrs and frankly I can't wait to leave. Truth be told I'm tired of management changing things at the last minute and never notifying me. Twice I have been given a eviction notice in error.

First time, management managed to lose my rent payment. I had to pull all my pay stubs and bank statement showing that money was indeed taken from my acct.

The 2nd time I was arrears $100-$200 which I never new about and could've paid easily but instead of calling or sending a letter, I received an eviction notice.
Gee, for an apartment complex they sure are eager to kick folks out!

The buildings are notorious for mildew on the windows so if you decide to come here, be prepared to bring some peroxide for sanitation sake.
