We just moved in about 3 months ago. I, myself am a leasing consultant for another property management company.
I moved from out of state, and unfortunately only had the website to go off of. I was somewhat dissapointed when I got into my actual apartment. From what I understood, we had a fireplace, black countertops, black appliances (the whole 9 yards.) What we did get was a basic apartment. It's not bad at all for the price, and the appliances are newer and all match. It's just not what I expected.
The carpet was supposed to be new, but upon inspecting the apartment it was definately not new, but not in bad shape either. We're on the ground level so we have the pleasure of hearing our upstairs neighbors every movement. (Which includes their 5 am cigarette breaks on the balcony) I haven't heard of any crime whatsoever in the complex and to be honest, it is pretty quiet during the p.m hours.
The fitness room, pool, and clubhouse are all beautiful. They could, however, spend a little more time and money on the actual apartments just to spruce them up a bit. We have had no problems with the staff- they are all wonderful. I would reccomend this place 100%, just make sure to be very specific in what you want and do a very thorough walk through before you move in.
