The crime here in this neighborhood is on the rise. Vehicles are always being damaged here and the police are always here. The staff have the highest turnover of any place I've ever seen and they do nothing when you complain. You can hear EVERYTHING through these walls and floors and the price they charge you is ridiculous. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I live there and haven't seen any police at all. I haven't had any problems with my car being damaged, and I've had no problem with the staff. As far as the price.. haha on it being rediculous. I worked as a leasing consultant in Springfield (about 15 miles away) and the price for a one bedroom STARTS at 1400 and they aren't even that nice (older appliances, bug problems, etc) So for what you get, the price is very reasonable. Everytime I've had a maintenance request or a complaint, they have been very quick in responding. Usually the people who leave the negative comments just haven't paid their rent or something.. haha
