I have lived at Dominion Middle Ridge since September 2006, the complex is very nice, the management is very responsive to the tenants. I have enjoyed the complex, its generally quiet and I have had only one problem. My problem is something that is brought on by residents that own dogs, who think those dogs are so cute and don't want to obey laws to keep them on a leash. If there are any problems its something that the residents are doing themseleves and not the mamagement. We have some nasty people in this world. People are too lazy to open the trash compactor door and place their trash inside they rather dump it on the outside and complain.
Dominion Middle Ridge is a great place to live.

GARBAGE. You are missing the fact that the complex is too cheap to pay for extra pickups when the dumpster is full. Maybe there would be less poo if there was an outside trash can provided? You fail to realize how much money these people are making off of providing the lowest level of service possible. The people and companies are scum.

OK, I take it you're really living on Fantasy Island with Tattoo and the crew! How could you possibly think these issues are here just because of the tenants. Are we paying them to have them sit around and do nothing! Look at the wood deterating and the mold! I agree they are making money off of providing the lowest level of service possible!

Get real people, just stand out and watch for an hour and you will see how nasty the tenants that live here are. I hve seen people drag a big sofa out to the dumpster, or a mattress set. I have seen people just drop their trash outside of the dumpster without even making sure its full. I have seen people leave beer bottles outside of their doors. It's the nasty tennants and not the management. Yes I do agree that there needs to be another dumpster but that will not solve the problem, we will just have two places for the tenanats to make a mess.
