Parking: Average.
Noise Level: Neighbors seem considerate, but the fact of the matter is the walls are thin and the floors are thinner. When people walk around above me it feels like they are walking around next to me because of how well the floors vibrate. I often am caught off guard and look around fearful of a surprise visitor in my apartment. Also there is a never-ending beep in intervals of like 10 seconds which the staff refuse to address.
Grounds: Dumpster is often overflowing and large items remain for a week. Decent landscaping - low maintenance.
Safety: Monthly shootings aren't safe. Ground floor storage unsecured. No gates.
Construction: Cheap cheap cheap. Even the luxury upgrades are done cheap and poorly. Wouldn't surprise me if there were no insulation at all. Wouldn't surprise me if they had my 12 year old brother do half the work. Wouldn't surprise me if they took their measurements in metric units and ordered parts in US Customary units. AC units are noise-makers perched right outside my everyone's bedroom window.
Office Staff: Corporate Blood-Sucking Cronies.
Maintenance: Subject to minimalist efforts. All requests must be submitted in written form. All others are ignored.
Condition of Unit: Average. Although "updated", the work on the unit was sub-par with things like gaping holes where counter should meet wall, unfinished, non-fitting trim and molding, outdated light fixtures, broken stove (in constant disrepair), broken (new) light fixtures, noisy bathroom fans (they told me it couldn't be remedied, so I immediately fixed it myself by unplugging them (which they said wasn't possible)), unfinished bare wood balcony, poor insulation, creaky-shaking floors, missing doors.
Overall Rating: Sucks. Way too expensive. The staff try to milk every dollar out of the residents in return for nothing more than you are legally entitled to - even then you must go by the book if you want results. You shouldn't have to force your land lords to provide support services for you home. Oh, and they just kicked me out of the community business center for making 30 pages of copies and asking for help on the machine. I'm sorry, but I pay $1300 every month and they want to pick and chose how many pieces of paper I can use' They wanna do the reverse of what I pay them for' --------!
