This place is a joke. We pay over 1600 dollars a month. You can hear everything from the people downstairs as well as upstairs. The never clean the outside, it always looks trashy. I have stepped in dog crap so many times. My heat/ac has not worked properly since JULY and they still haven't fixed it. I can take approx. a 1 minute shower before the water turns ice cold.
The management is clueless. They have no idea how to be professional, and can never seem to answer your questions. Of the neighbors that I have had the past year, THREE people have moved out and have all gotten some type of ticket/citation, etc slapped on their door after they have left. Is that even legal'
I hate this place.
Also, don't I pay them enough ------- money to have the parkinglot and sidewalks shovelled/salted when it snows' If I fall on my ass again, I swear to --- I'm doing to hunt them down.

Hi I lived here for 6 years and have not had or seen any of those the issues you speak of . The the citations you talk about I have seen on a neighbors door ,it is a eviction notice for non payment . I can't beleive that you would really stay somewhere if yoru heat/ air was not working for that long . I have had interactions with the office and they are always professional and seem to listen . I enjoy living here and so do my friends i have refferred
