Don't Waste the time or the gas!!! The office staff is outright combative, your car will be towed at the drop of a dime, they nickel and dime you to death with fees for pets, keys, parking passes, lost pool passes, etc.,the amenities are antiquated and costly to operate, the utilities are very expensive and they have turned the dumpster in the front of my building into the community dumpsite with everything from furniture to old and broken appliances that's only collected every OTHER month. Believe me when I tell you the ONLY thing this community does well is COLLECT RENT. You are required to earn 40k yearly to live here and they want as much of it as they can get. The apartments are to small and prices are to high. If you are reading this and you decide to still move here, then you deserve what you get, but if you're smart keep searching, you can do better than this complex (especially if you are in the military). TRUST ME if you are thinking about FOX RUN APARTMENTS, THINK AGAIN.
