I will have lived in this complex for 1 year as of August 2008. So far, my experience has been more positive than negative. When my air conditioning unit was struck by lightening, the management install window units until the repair was completed. I also appreciate that management accepts deliveries when I am not home. I guess I would say it is typical apartment living . . .that includes a minimum of 6 required accesses--inspections, heating/cooling service, fireplace cleaning, and pest control, etc. I have had an additional 2 for other repairs; all in less than a year.
