Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We lived there for 2 years and never had many problems.
the only problem with noise we had was from the apartment above me.
other than that i never ever really heard my neighbors.
that and my building was right next to the traffic light.
so we heard traffic from the road.
Rooms size in the apartment were adiquent (especially for the area) and the space for the washer and dryer was large enough to store laundry baskets in.
the kitchen was kinda small (more than 2 people in there and it was cramped) but had a huge pantry!! and lots of cabnetry space.
the apartment even had a storage space off the balcony.
very convient.
Parking is adiquent.
i've had friends and family over on a regular basis and we never had any problems.
Anytime we put in a maintence request they got to it immedatly if not then the next morning.the buildings are close to 20 years old but are well maintained.
the grounds are well kept.
and i felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood at night.
the pool is clean and never crowded.
