I've lived here for almost a year and I wish I would've searched other apartment complexes. At 1st glance things seem ok (including the people in the office). Initially, my stay was okay until people's kids were running up and down the stairs constantly. The up-keep of the outside of the apartments (the actual buildings) was very nasty (needed a power-washing) and had bee's flying around all the time. Then on 2 occasions wierd looking men knocked on my door and wouldn't promptly leave after I ignored the 1st knock. Maintenance rides around on golf carts all day and can't fix the simplest things in a timely manner.
All in all, for the price that you pay...its poor quality. I give this complex another 2 to 3 years and it will be rundown by the tenants and the people in the front office that live there.
