This place isn't that bad. It's the people that live here that are the pain. People play loud music alot and tend to have no respect for others, but you can find that in even the nicest places. This is a good place for people who are moving out on their own for the first time because it's affordable and your rent isn't due until the 5th of the month.
The staff is really nice. I've had absolutely no problems. Like I said, it's the people that live here.
Oh, the parking is only a problem if you plan on having guests because the people who live here always park in the guest spots. That's one big problem. But once again, it's the people, not the apartment complex.
I would recommend this place to my friends. But only the ones who are realistic about their views of people. You can't trust just anybody.

Horrible place!!!! Rented the "Delux" (that's a joke) and the dishwasher didn't work for the entire year I lived there. Management was completely unresponsive. Reported numerous problems and they were never corrected and upon moving out, they blamed me and took my deposit. The roaches are astronomical. Had to sleep with the lights on and that still didn't deter them. Then I had to through the majority of my furniture away because bed bugs spread throughout the building and in my apartment. Management still did nothing. Finally stopped going to the grocery store due to roaches (inside refrigerator too). My mother paid off the last three months of my lease so that me and my two children could move out. It was totally unsuitable for my two and four year old. This place just needs to be demolished. The neighborhood is unsafe at night, prostitutes walk the complex at night and I could just go on about this place. DON'T RENT THERE!!!!!
