These apartments are not suitable at all, at least ours wasn't. We had a four-bedroom and the mold was ridiculous. And we could never find parking spaces. We contacted management various times, and the problem was never fixed. My one year old son was wheezing and stuffy all the time. Also there was an abundance of very bold roaches who came out whenever they pleased no matter how much we bleached and sprayed and lined the apartment with boric acid. There was only one person who was helpful in the agency. If you do plan on living here, make your peace with the roaches as soon as you arrive, or they'll be hostile.

This is very accurate. The mold in the walls creep you out not to metion the roaches are everywhere. the cabinets are warped, they come int o do sprays every month with like a two day notice that every thing in the kitchen and the bathroom has to be gone or they will charge fifty dollars. Oh and let me not for get the Wolf Spiders and Spider crickets also known as camal back crickets. There are cracks inthe floors leading to the woods and bugs are always in the house. Hellllll no do not go.
