I have lived in Glenarbor for about 6 years now. I can honestly tell you that this place has changed. Ever since the new management company bought this aparment complex in May of 2007 they have changed new windows, new air conditioning and heating systems, new plumbing, enforced parking, enforced zero tolerance for misconduct and loiterors. Anyone who has lived here can tell you there is a difference now. I mean, you can park in front of your building, not have to worry about having drunk men sitting on your building steps almost impeding you to come in to your own home or having bumbs asking your for money and if you did not give them any they would assault you!!! I'm sorry but these are things I REALLY APPRECIATE and im sure you would too. I can't really compliment the office staff they had before especially since the previous assitant manager was a careless individual who is a poor example as a mother. I can tell you that the staff that they have now is great!!! I took the liberty to write to the ladies and to thank them for all of their work, if no one else appreciates them ...I DO. The maintenance staff, well let's put it this way...Glenarbor is safer now that the old maintenance staff is not here anymore. You don't have to take my word for it, come in and visit and you will see, this place is only getting better by the minute. I hear they are renovating the apartments as well. I hope I can be able to afford living here once my lease is up!!! But if the difference in price is not dramatical...then it might be worth the money.
