The only reason we moved here was because our previous landlord did not tell us he was loosing his house and we had like 2 weeks to move.
Where to begin. When ever your neihgbors walk around your floors squeak. Roaches galore althought it has gotten better. We have had our place sprayed 4-5 times. I lost count. Men drinking outside all the time, pissing in the bush or around the trash. I guess it has stopped since it has been cold. Can't wait to see what the summer is like.
The place had to be recleaned after we moved in. Our move in checklist is still not complete. We have been there since. Oct. 07 now its Jan 08. The washer and dryer in basement is always broken. Maintenance is very slow about fixing things. Lots of trash all over the property. Hallways are the worst. Looks like they have never been cleaned, black stair treads missing some, writting on the wall, paint peeling. Place looks like something out of South East D.C. Place is a freaking joke.
DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE HALF A BRAIN! We will not be staying a second year. Rent is cheap for a 4 bedroom. 1,200 a month but not worth the crap you have to live in.
Looks like a lotts drug dealing goes on at night and the nice looking property next to it is SECTION 8. If you don't know what that is, it's low income house for drug dealers and there poor familys who have no coice but to put up with them. This place I would not recommend to anyone, not even my enimies.
I hope management reads these things. Because they need to WAKE UP AND COME OUT AT NIGHT AND OBSERVE THIS PLACE.

You are so right! That is exactly why I am moving... they do not care about fixing anything in your place... I have been there for a year now and not even half the things on my checklist got fixed.
