Hey people lets be real! This place is not that bad at all... Yes I admit, the outside look of the location and the apts are a lil freaky but the office and the neighbors aren't that bad at all. The price is right for the apts and its because its an older building the apts are spacious unlike the new apts where you pay alot for the outside look and live in the little box! I have been here for over 3 months now and every time I had any concern about anything, and i had to visit the office. they took care of the matters right away! The manager and the assistant manager are great people with sense of humor and very friendly! To be honest with you I got the apt because of the manager... At the time of lease, she was very pleasant and helpful. Now that they have new management, They are renovating any apts that are unoccupied! the new renovation is spectacular! If you don't believe me, come see it for yourself. When it comes to roaches, everytime you have a problem with that call the office and they will take care of them within the same week!
