Come on people your probably one of the people that got kicked out of here for causing all the trouble. Ghetto Section 8 People. I would recommend this place the price are fair and the place is quite.I `ve been at Glen Arbor since 02/2005 and Yes it was a bad place to live! People drinking apartments in bad condition and roaches but the people that live here made it like that. The old manager by the name Jeannie was a Btch . But I can tell you that things have change a lot and this place is looking WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better. I just moved to there renovated apartments which are very nice. All of the people that were making this place bad the drinker and smokers are gone. Since the new company took over this place is become better. They put up new lighting which is so much better before there was no lighting the other management office just didn t care about nothing they just wanted to collect our rent. I can say that every maintenance request I had was taken care of right away. I like the new staff there very friendly. I haven t seen any roaches I can complain I like it here, I even referred one of my friend here that living her now and I got a $300.00 on my account. That was awesome. My friend Also likes it here. I heard there still under renovation cant wait to see how this place looks when there all done.

I ve been here for 6 months. I have no complaints i love my apartment. The staff is nice. I cant tell that there alot of work still being done around here thought which is a good thing. I`ve read all of the reviews previously you all can not be talking about the same place. I dont see any of all that stuff going on. My neighbors are very friendly my building is quite. I can say that the outside may need a little cleaning put from what I ve seen Yesterday they have alot of landscaping and trash removal going on

You sound like you work here because I lived there and I did not "Make" the place like that and they were dirty, unkept and just plain awful to live in!
