I have lived here for 3 months and I won't stay here for another year. I live in an apartment thats right behind their dumpsters. so you have people leaving all their furniture and trash around the grounds. They have people to clean it up but they only have two. I begin to feel sorry for them the management is pretty good so far. You have a few knucleheads hanging around smoking and stuff. they allow pets which is a good thing if your on the top floor my nieghbors had a dog that would bark when they were not home. I told them about it and they are cool now. Oh yeah and if you dont like spiders and flying insects then I would keep looking we have so many different spiders most small and a few huge ones every now and then I bought some spray to spray around my windows they still get in but they die shortly after so thats good. The parking arrangement sucks the vistors have better parking than the tenants up close to the building anyone can park here. The dumpsters are in a terrible place right close to the building some would say well just dont live near the dumpsters....well let me say this wind blows and make sure you bring bug spray with you when you dump your trash. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my closes friends or family but its not that bad that I wouldnt recommend it as a fourth choice.Oh and I hope you and your partner(s) arent loud because the walls are like paper good thing is that you only have to worry about the people on top because the apartments are made offset.
