Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I've lived here for 2yr 4mos, and in the beginning it was a great place to live. Then, every few months, management was changing and the maintenance crew changed and it began going down hill.
About 2 months ago, a family moved in under me and they brought special guests...roaches! Apparently, their apt is infested, so of course the roaches are venturing into other apt's. I am in the process of looking for another place to live. We haven't actually stayed overnight in the apt for a couple of weeks, because no matter how much I treat our apt...if the neighbors aren't treating theirs, then we have huge problems.
On a positive note, one of the old managers is back and she said she will try to remedy the situation. I pray by the 1st of the month we are gone, though. Other than that...it's not a bad place to live.
