Ive lived here for 4 years and I am glad this is my last.This complex is a management trainee complex so whenever management changes they are all inexperienced and have no clue what is going on. I renewed my lease with a leasing officer/agent whatever and they told me it would be a certain amount. After I agreed to that amount 3 months later they tried to raise my rent another 30 dollars.Like I said "NO CLUE".People smoke weed outside in broad daylight by the playground were little kids play.I have two of my own and I do not need them growing up around a bunch of hoodlums.Kids pull fire alarms all the time.Parents do not watch their kids at all they are only 3 to 5 years old running around everywhere.They hang on the steps right in your way and dont move until you say excuse.People trash the steps and floors of the apartments.The sad little pathetic gym they have has broken equipment and has been that way for at least 3 years.Maintenance is a joke they never change the air filters anymore.Maintenance changes every year also. In the beginning management was good and the maintenance was also,but that all went downhill as years passed.So really its more of bad people living here than anything else,but the management here sucks now.
