I have read all the bad reviews on here, so i want to add my two cent..i have lived here going on 5 years and like it. I learned that people that complain the most are those that either are on the eviction list for not paying there rent or are the ones that decent residents are complaining about. If they are having problems within your apartment that are not being met then i suggest you call the KSI management office in Centreville Virginia and trust me it will be addressed. Yes the rent is a little expensive But you get what you pay for. So with that being said document, document document that way you can take them to court due to breach of contract and file a suit agaisnt them...Legal Aid is always there to assit
