I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for a year, always paid my rent early, and never had any issues with any other residents. The office staff, especially Gina, always gave me attitude on the rare occasions that I was in the office. Maintenance was even more difficult. My tub had a leak and it took three weeks of calls to get it taken care of and by that point my water bill was through the roof. It seemed as if every weekend there was some sort of domestic dispute in the parking lot and there were always loud kids running around at all hours of the day. It's really not worth dealing with an unfriendly office staff and an unreliable maintenance staff.
