Although the apartment complex is not the top of the line. Lancaster Mill staff & maintenance team is like a family.
The staff and maintenance team go out of there way to help you, but it is up to you to talk with them. Do not be afraid to be honest with the staff. People really like to help others.
I have not had any safety problems since I have lived in Lancaster Mill. Prince William County police are readily available.
