I have lived here for two years and I am finally escaping. The entire community is infested with roaches, the office people are incompetent, security is a joke, and the gangs are out of hand. As far as the roaches go, they are not just any roaches. Our Town home was infested with "German roaches", the kind you have to put a leash on and walk outside. The front office lies to you, (they give you a five day "grace" period to pay the rent) and send you a legal letter after two. There is more to say about them but I do not have enough room. Security does a really good job talking, hanging around, and making sure that the neighborhood degenerates are not bothered. As for the gangs, well I had someone beat up in my back yard. (Way to close to home for me)

So, the lesson is, don?t move here unless you are looking for a dump.
