I lived in Longview Apartments for a year and a half and the quality of the community went from average to poor.
I moved here while in the Marine Corps and was satisfied at first but I encountered many problems with the getting things fixed and so forth. The rent in EXTREMLY HIGH for the quality and the area which is not safe at all. There is a lot of Section 8 housing here, so you can be for warned. Recently I have been told of a lot of gang activity and violence there. I had a homeless person move into my storage room once near the end of my time there so that can give you an idea of the area.
Parking is a joke with MINIMAL spots, and the office staff is average at very best. The area is not well lit, which leads to the problems with saftey. No matter how much you conserve energy the bill is always high.
I strongly suggest looking at other places in Woodbridge, not only for the cost and convienice but the matter of saftey.
