Dont let this place fool you. From the minute I moved here I have been having issues. Roaches are always in my apartment regardless of how many times they CLAIM they sprayed. There is a gang that comes out at night. No matter how many times you call the rent a cops, they are still out. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING!!! If I could take the townhouse and move it in a better neighborhood than I would. I do have to say that maintenance is extremely fast. I was first impressed by the townhouses that are in the front, however, as you travel back, the community changes. There is also a chester molester that is registered with an address for this property. I was lied to when I first was searching for an apartment. I was told that we can flexible leases, however, that was not the case for us. They advertise a dishwasher. They were right. I am the dishwasher. One of the leasing consultants is an a.. He is extremely unprofessional and has no skills in customer service. I am attempting to break my lease soon so I can get the hell out. Longview's reputation has not changed all it is a dump with some flowers in the front.
