I have 4 kids and they can's sit outside of my door and talk with their friends. The playground area behind my apartment had a 6ft drop not more than 1yard away from the basketball court. My house was broken in three times. I mentioned to the office about the kids playing in the parking area, but where can they go to play I thought. Then this last break in, the next day I got a notice to move without any reason. Hmm they don't have to give you a reason now. Just a 30 day notice to move. So I pay my rent the same way every month. I put it through the door and just so happens this month??s check they never receive it. Now I get a 5 day payment notice, with late fees and a $5 service fee. All due in 5 days from the date of the letter 5/9/06. Can this place get any worse' Yes the sent me a letter saying hey if you want to get a 1 year lease or a month to month. Well I selected the month to month because last year they turned down my 1 year lease request without reason. But get this I haven??t signed a new lease but the rent went up without me signing any lease... Just a letter that I haven??t received a copy of ....

ooohh wow i live at longview but i know when they send you that notice its a notic telling you that ur rent is gonna increase but they also give you the option to renew ur lease. Your job was to sing the paper and say no i don't want to renew my lease and i don't wnat the rent increase either, or sing the paper saying i do wanna resign my lease . You have to know that the letter was just to notify you of the increase not to ask you if thats o.k with you.People start reading everything and make sure you understand it if not ask questions. remember there are no stupid questions.
