this place real suck when it comes to people being evicted they pic and choose when does not leave here. There has be so many BS thing that have gone on. like the time they had the PW count swat team in this place you cant even let your kids go outside to place because you have to worry about the gangs and older kid try and even bulling them around. Then you have the problem with the management playing BS game with the tentant that they like or dislike. If i would of know this before i move in I would of not even thought twice about liveing here. Me personaly i would rather live in a trash can. They fix up house when you move out, but are not willing to put the thing that the new house have in the old one which if you ask me it is BS. They have fulse advertisement when you ask them about the houses. They made two house that aare in the bad part of the place and tell you that is how they all look.I have 3 kids and they is no where for the to play safely and me not to worry about them. Also i have almost hit kid that play in the street many of time because the secuity suck around here now. The security also tells the people that they were call on by you. Which they should never tell that person who called on the .The security is lazy and they sit on the butts and it take them forever to fix the problem. The secruity also dont do the job like they are to do. I never see them walking around the grounds at anytime of night. Also they have let the house that caught on fire sit and have not done anything to fix them up.
So if you think you may move in these apartment you should think again. NOT A SAFE OR RELIABLE PLACE TO LIVE

I agree with the fact the the office plays games with the people that they like or dislike. It is sad, They have all these gurantees but do not stand up to any of them.I had water running in my bathroom for 45 days until someone came to fix it. What happened to the 24 hour fix it or 1 day of rent for every day it's not done?

you had water running through ur house for 45 day BS,cuz if u did your rent would have been paid for 45 days, or maybe you are just an idoit lol.
