This place deserves some of the comments it is getting, but you need to learn proper Grammar to establish more Credibility!

If you want to make an impression about a place by posting, maybe you should take the time to post properly.
I found some of the posts here difficult to read and understand.
First of all, let me say that no one has respect for the speed limit in this place.
It doesn't matter if they are government employees or not. They ignore the 10 MPH sign and go 50. If a child happens to be in the way, forget it.
Children play out in the playground unsupervised until 1 in the morning.
Nice and "thug" for the kids until one of them gets violated.
Security is now non-existant at night. People play their stereos as loud as they can, whether in their residence or from their vehicles in the middle of the night.
Makes you wonder what people are doing up at that time of night if they need to work for a living'
Maintainence is very good.
Serious issues with security though.
