I like living at longview. The staff team is gtreat and really friendly. They have the best maintenance team i have ever seen.They are currently working on a guard house to make the community a gated cummunity.Paying rent is very convinient because of the different methods they offer.They have reserve parking so no matter what time i get home i have a space open just for me!!!. As far as location everything is close to me i don't have to drive a long distance to get stuff done ,and costco will be less than 3mins from my house thats what am talking about.


I disagree with every bad comments.I think people need to start reading and understanding contracts before singing them. i read all the comments that were posted and i wished i was those people with the bad comments. Ask me why' Because i am educated, too smart,and have a lot of common sence to know that iif i was dicriminated against i can take actions.I think people need to start paying their rents on time and realize that the whole whorld does not revolve around them. GROW UP BABIES!!!!!!!!!!!!.
If anyone can find a place where crime does not exist please please let me know!!!.
When we go to the mall there is no tell who is at the mallwith you.When you get on airplane and boats,or public transportation there is no telling, best thing to do is to live life excepting the unexpected.

I read all the comments that were posted as well and and I wished you knew how to type or use spell check. Ask me why, because you are not educated, or smart, and you have no common sense, because if you can't spell, how do you know if you are being discriminated against. You need to be able to spell the word first. I too think people need to start paying their rent on time, but what does that have to do with you paying your rent on time, and who cares about who thinks the world revolves around them? GROW UP BABIES???? What kind of idiotic talk is this? The rest of your comments didn't even make sense, so I won't even bother to reply to them. My advice - if you just need a place to hold up for a very short time (no more than a few weeks) then go for it, but if you want quality housing with good maintenance and a decent neighborhood -- keep looking! Oh, the stories I could tell you about my stint in Longview - but in a word "regret", and I have never regretted anything in my life! Do your homework and check it out yourself, and remember, nothing is as it seems. Good luck!

This is a bunch of bologna. How can you sleep with yourself at night? What if someone actually moves in after reading your post? You should be ashamed of yourself!!!! Longview is the worst place to rent from.
