I can constantly hear my neighbors above me. It sounds like a herd of elephants walking through. The apartment is falling apart around me. I was told that I was in a refurbished apartment, however; I've tripped on an indentation in the floor that management feels isn't a big deal. Also, the neighbors bathroom is now leaking into MY bathroom. Maintenance has come by to inspect the damage, while they did it, they removed a rather large (1.5' x 1.5') chunk of drywall from the ceiling. They haven't replaced it yet. The wood between the apartments is rotting!

Also, they have the WORST bug problem I have seen EVER. Went through the walk through, and everything was fine. After I got everything moved in and was unpacking, I saw a roach walk across my counter. Since then it's gotten worse. I've seen centipedes on the celing. Water bugs dancing across my dishes in the sink.

Parking is another story. They have security to police the streets inside the community, but instead of having people slow down, or having vehicles towed for parking in the wrong spots, They stand around on their cell phones and talk while smoking. I've almost been hit at least 10 times since I've lived in the community while trying to back out of my parking spot. People will drive through the community at full throttle.

Management is less than helpful. I had gone into speak to the main manager about a problem, and instead of handling it directly, she told the person that said I was there to speak with her "I don't have time to deal with HIM right now." I was within earshot.

Needless to say, I've been less than pleased with the service that they have provided to me, and I am looking for a new place.

Sounds about right! Not to mention the countless violent criminals and sex offenders within the community. Parking is always tough, and people drive through there fast enough to kill someone. Sorry you had this experience, hope you get out of there soon!

I think this guy is nuts. I have lived there a year now and LOVE IT. I moved in right after he did. He is not telling you the whole truth. HE was told to clean his place or be EVICTED. I went over to take care of it animals and REMOVED them...the place was a dump...he is a big slob. DO NOT LISTEN to what he has to say. I have never had any problems and they always responed to request for repairs.
