I live here in apt #7 for two months. I would not recommend this dump to anyone. I can not fall asleep at night becasue creeky and loud noise are coming from the ceiling from people walking in the upstairs apartment. This apartment is alway cold and noisy. Under the window seal, there is no corking and you can see big cracks which makes it very cold. I complained to management and they do not do anything about it. You can also hear people's private conversation next door and upstairs. However, management confronted about playing my music too loud. The volume of the radio was on #2. I told her ii is because this dump is too old and not well insulatd. Please, Please, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved here because was in a hurry. I can not wait for my lease to be over so I can get out of this trash. There is huge crack around the door frame which causes the noise and some of the heat to escape.
