Overall Ordchard Mills is a cool place to live, if only management would not treat all the tenants as if they're kids!! I think some of the rules in the lease are just not called for. I do understand that there have to be limits set on what tenants can and cannot do, but to have a storage area in your unit and be forbidden to use it just beyond me. You can't tell me that when this complex was being designed the closet in the living room with our water heaters was not meant to store items. If they were intended not to be used, by golly they would have been much smaller.
MAintenance does respond when called, but thinks that whatever problem your're calling about is something you caused because the "units are all new". Like new apts/appliances can't have gliches''
Management-just work with your tenants better and with more sympathy than pointing fingers! GAWD
