I am a property manager. The comment from a resident about not being treated like a kid made me chuckle. They complained about not being able to use the closet that houses the hot water heater for storage. What a knucklehead!! If you don't want to be treated like a kid - don't act like one. The reason you cannot store things in the hot water closet - operative word HOT. Store things in there and you START A FIRE!!
