I haved lived at orchard mills for almost a year. I am moving Soon...Thank goodness...The property Manager "Patty" is very rude. Maintaince is fantastic. The apartment itself is a wonderful place to live. Big bathrooms, nice master walk in closet, all new appliances...Open kitchen. But you can't paint. Which sucks! No Storage at all.

Since I have lived here my experience with the property manager has been excellent. All the office personnel are very professional & always willing to go that extra mile in order to satisfy the tenant.
