The structure of the 1 and 2bdr 2bath are great the design of the 1&den and 3 bedrooms are really ugly. The 1 & den design does not have a linen closet, and the 3 bedroom should be called a 1 bedroom with 2 dens because they're so small.

Management has its good and bad days. The underhanded activities within the office and games played by management should be investigated if you ask me...The manager is a down home southern charmer with a good spirit but the 2 other assistant managers need some sensitivity training. They can tend to be abrupt and unprofessional over the phone (when you can get them to answer). The property upkeep in questionable, it varies from which side of the complex you reside on.

Bottom line if the community wasn't so pressed to meet the occupancy quota and actually screened all residence that move in it would be a great place to live.

I am currently a resident at Orchard Mill Apartments. The structure of the one and a den is fine if that's what you want. Also I currently have a 3 br and I just transferred from another 3 br and I like both of them the 3 br are spacious for nice furniture meaning not clutter I don't like clutter and a lot of furniture. I have a 42 inch and a 3 piece set and it fits very nice in my apartment. Now as for Management they are the sweetest people that you could ever meet. Now like everybody else they are human!! But if you pay your rent then you should have no problem it is obvious that this person didn't pay there rent on time!! When ever I a problem the rental office always try to complete the task within 48 hours and when ever I call them they are always helpful and very friendly so much that I have two of my family members moving in next month because they like the apartments and the office staff. This community is up and coming it is new and fresh and they do what they have to, to keep it this way and you can appreciate that!!

You are obviously full of it. This complex seems nice, that is until you move in. Nothing was prepared for me or fixed. I had blinds missing that 4 months later still aren't fixed. The manager and her staff are complete fakes. The come off nice until you have an issue then they turn into jerks! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. In fact, I will file an official complaint because it has been just that bad!
