OrchARD Mills has a very professional staff. The entire staff from office to maintenance. I have lived at Orchard Mills for 2 years now, and recomend it. If the phone is not being answered it is because the always have high volume of calls and people coming in. Leave a message they will call you back. Also, if you pay your rent and do your paperwork like you are supposed to do they wouldnt seem so harsh. They have a job to do just like you and I do when we get up in the morning. You need to respect that. Also, the assistant managers are not rude they need to be treated with respect. I have previously worked in property management and it is not an easy job to handle. So you shouldnt slam someone unless you have been in there shoes..... Have a nice day
