Well I have lived at Orchard Mills for going on 2 years. I must say that I disagree with the last response!!. I have two kids and they love the community and the other kids in it. Also in response to the maintance fixing things, people have to understand that if you break it!! then you can't be mad that they are taking a minute to replace it!! There is a process you have to order a new part etc. So with that being said the staff is very professional and they are there to do a job. I have not had any problems out of them. I noticed that people in our community tend to get mad because they want to bring there problems to the rental office about how they don't have their rent etc. Bottom line if you pay all of your bills on time you will not have a problem with the office!!!
