I moved into Orchard Mills in 2006 and it is horrible. The apartments are nice, and the neighbors are friendly, but management is horrible. They waited until the day I moved in to ask for certain documents. Then they had told us we could move in after 3:00, and when we went to pick up the keys they told us we had to wait until 7:00. Then when we did move our belongings in, our carpet had not been cleaned from the tenants before us. Certain fixtures in the apartment were broken. They told us we would get a key to the gym and a pool pass and we had to contact them repeatedly to obtain them. They served us with 5 day notices and eviction subpoenas even when we had paid our rent on time. It is just not worth the price.
