I moved in last March (2006) I had to give them a list of things to fix as soon as I moved in. Some things still are not fixed. The price was okay at first but now that they are renovating they are raising the price to $825 a month for a 900(something) sq foot apartment. Alta Mill has 2 bedrooms for the same price. If I am going to pay that much for an apartment I wouldn't pay it in this run down place. There are always teenager and young adults outside for no reason at all hours. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people outside and it is so loud they sound like they are right outside your door. The people in the office are not very professional or courteous. They lied to me about the amount the rent would raise to before I renewed my lease. The day my lease ended is when I found out about the ridiculous increase so of course I am moving out but now they want me to pay market value plus a fee. Had I been given the amount in the first place I would have moved out before my lease was up!
