Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We've been in these apartments a little over a year and LOVE the apartments but HATE the leasing office. They also lied to us from day one and it took 4 months and a call to the corporate office to get a gym key. Since moving in I have called corporate office several times when the leasing office tries to break the rules (I am a VA licensed Real Estate Agent) and they always agrue until they see I mean business.
There's nothing too bad about the apartments (though they do want to enter the apartments a lot for "routine maintence") just make sure you can handle having to argue with management on a monthly basis.
