Its unfortunate that the apartments are so nice but some of the tenants are so inconsiderate. I went to ask my neighbor on numerous occassions to stop banging and the **bleep** tried to close the door in my face! And the leasing office....I took a complaint notice to them and they said that they couldn't accept anymore unless I had a police report to attach with it b/c it was considered harrassment! I dont give a flying hoot what you think its considered! The **bleep** above me is rude as **bleep** and they cant do anything about'!'! I'll be so glad when I move.

Oh yeah I've been through that! I've called the cops numerous times on the guy who sets off the fireworks in the back area. Guess who he is? The APARTMENT COMPLEX HANDYMAN!! He works for the complex and yet he's one of the noisiest tennants that live here. I think calling the police for a noise disturbance is bs too.

I'm happy someone actually called corporate. I believe I???m about to do the same and write a letter. This "routine maintenance check" they have done has had tenants property missing. The two people involved in breaking into our apartments were working right in the rental office. On top of that they were not only arrested for theft but for selling drugs. They were actually family of the manager. Hmm kind of makes you wonder why they do these ???checks??? all the damn time!! This is BS... it's a shame you have to worry and wonder about your home when you're away. They are extremely foul people and I hope and pray the management changes soon. You shouldn't have to be prepared to argue, get insulted or threatened because you have an issue to discuss about your apartment. Just crazy, but I???m about to do something about it! Everyone in there should be fired??? Especially the manager -----!

And you know what else!!! Apparently, ppl in the rental office were stealing checks!!!! Oh yeah! They really have issues over there. I just thank God that I am no longer there, however, I am still letting ppl know how that office works. Oh yeah and I contacted headquarters AGAIN bc they tried to screw me over on giving me my security deposit back! Funny how when they sent me the final walk thru papers they had all this BS on there and tried to have me pay for things that weren't my fault! Oh hell no, I sent this long ass email to corporate with all my records included...all of sudden, they owe me the majority of the deposit whereas in the beginning they had me getting nothing back AND i was owing them money....i still haven't received my money...and i moved out in July and its almost October. LOL, im telling you, working with these ppl is a task in itself!

There are always two sides to every story. But yes, i do remember that grown child with the firecrackers. Ive had complaint about him as well but as far as i know he does not work for the apartments. i dont think such an i**** would be able to work there but he sure as hell lived there too long. girljinxt, I think u should do some research ive seen the maintenacne staff before but it was not that guy.
