Spoke to the property manager in 2005, when I had marital problems. Upon a sudden separation Feb 2006, she was very accommodating & friendly. Some needed repairs we done quickly. However, by early 2007, requests were getting forgotten, and management was generally unresponsive. I had to put in FIVE repair requests for a simple tub-repair in my master bath. I've also had to go in 5 times for "additional" paperwork after my 2008 renewal - and 2x it was to complete paperwork from a previous renewal!

Trash disposal rules are not enforced at all (says if you don't put into dumpster, you can be fined - we then they need to get busy), they do NOT take UPS/packages (and UPS will not leave pkgs w/o a per-order Waiver from the Sender), and both office & maintenance personnel have rotated through faster than my favorite retail store.

The reason they are so urget to get additional paperwork from you is currently they are being audited! I've been here for 2 years and am STILL being called down to complete paperwork. I usually ignore them the way they ignore me when I call for any sort of repair work (all of which has not been done!). I'm looking for somewhere else too...lucky I am on a month-to-month lease.

so ignoring them is the adult thing to DO!!!!!! What happened to doing the right thing!!! So you lessor yourself.

I hope you read the papers you signed. Because they can kick you out for not signing your papers. I had to come in shortly after my move in and I asked why. And I was told that again comply or move (they explained in a nice way Im just writing brief) and that this should be in my best interest or I have to live with the consequences and so on. They also seem very busy at times, which makes me believe that I'm pretty sure they want to correct nothing at all. If you think logic it means more work for them, mistakes that might be done by them or you as the tenant. We all make mistakes and guess what... it was mine too, because I forgot to put one of my account numbers.
