THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, THEY TREAT US LIKE ANIMALS. THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE ALL THAT WHEN IN REALITY THEY ARE NOTHNG. KIDS RUNNING AROUND LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE PARENTS. AND WE COMPLAIN AND COMPLAIN AND NOTHING GETS DONE. I CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP TO GET ON OUT OF THE H*LL HOLE

Dont You guys have something better to do than ----- on this website all day??? Man you both sure do want alot for an apartment community that youll probably get an every property ! Kids will BE Kids !! When you have your kids you will probably understand! if you cant handle this treatment go somewhere else that you probably wont be able to afford and then youll get the treatment your seeking! Wich i dought that would even happen LOL!! Why do you still live here at this community if you cant stand it! Hey ill give you guys an advice MOVE or dont Renew your lease hey thats what i did when i lived at SummerLand Hieghts apartments THere worse overthere than here!

To the anonymous reply. No apartment I have lived in before this has been this way. I do agree with alot of what people are saying on here. I don't know if it is the area or the lack of concern for the tenants (by the office) but NO property should be run this way.

To the person that said if you don't like it move, maybe before you cut others down for stating their OPINION you should learn how to spell and how to speak. Take some grammar classes before writing again PLEASE! And by the way, parents who care for their kids don't let them run around like the ones in this community. Yes, kids will be kids but good parents at least know where their kids are and what they are doing.

The person that said and i quote "I'm just waiting till my lease is up and they can kiss my black a**" u must be one of those as it is mentioned above people with lack of concern u sure do have a nasty mouth urself i wonder how ur kids interact with others... that just lets me shake my head. I cant imagine how it is to be working at a rental office by readin what i read... Im sorry people but im pretty sure that the staff can only do so much, and i dont think they are getting paid to babysit peoples off-hand children. When i lived there one child call me a b**** cuz i caught him splashing his juice in the hallway. I know my son knows better.. Now, were re the parents in those cases thats what i would like to know. And I think again that 90% of the parents are at fault that let their kids do their thing like that, especially the lil ones. But managment should definitely consider kickin those people out immediately.
