This place is a joke. They claim to have a clubhouse, but when we inquired about it we were told no one could use it. I was evicted in 2007, which I do admit. I was a single mom renting with my little sister and it came to a point where we could not pay the rent. When we left, the office staff called my parents. When I went by to confront them, ----- told me she was going to get her money any way. I told her I was an adult and she was going to deal with me, my parents had nothing to do with it. I contacted them earlier this year in regards to the amount owed so I can get them paid off. They told me my records were in storage and they would have to get back to me. I had to call them weeks later after hearing nothing. I finally was told I could come pick up a paper with the amount owed. We returned the keys the beginning of August of 2007...the paper they gave me is signed August 12, 2007, but they said we did not return the keys until September. How can you sign off on something before it is completed' They are charging me $920.00 for a new carpet. My sister returned to the apartment the day after we moved, and the carpet had been cleaned. They never provided me with an actual bill for it. When I told them this, the ghetto lady told me I was admitting to breaking and entering so we no longer lived there. I told her if they continued to charge me for the apartment I have every right to enter. This place is ghetto, the leasing office staff are rude and childish. And the apartments are way overpriced for what you get.

Wow---you are a complete idiot. Do you know what EVICTION is??? Its when you are court ordered out of the home due to nonpayment, sanitary conditions, lease violations etc. THE MANAGEMNT COMPANY HAS EVERY RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE MONEY THEY ARE OWED! You CANNOT enter the apartment afer an eviction. You do not have a right to enter the apartment afer being evicted. And yes...you ARE still paying for it. Same when they repo your car.You are legally still fincailly responsible for it. Its the law honey. I think you need to move back in with mommy and daddy, grow up, and in about 4 or 5 years, maybe consider looking for a new place. It also sounds like the tale of the fox and the grapes..."the apartments are way overpriced for what you get..." If you don't know the tale of the fox...i think you should look it up.

First of all to MKJamison1987 I understand your frustration as I went thru it with them as well. I wasn't evicted, however, they did try to get over on me w/the money aspect. They had me owing money when in fact...they owed me! Luckily, I had all my records and names. Having this information really helped. I was able to get the information to the headquarters and informed them of what was going on. I got all my security deposit back w/the exception of $75 for carpet cleaning...and they almost tried to charge me over $100 to clean...BS!! The next thing I want to say is to whoever that anonymous person is...you must work there in the rental office. You're an idiot for being so rude and an A$$. Maybe you need to grow up and learn how to talk to people. Everyone has different experiences and goes through things differently. Maybe she didn't fully understand what was going on...idiot!

When you list emergency names and numbers on the application, this gives the rental office ALL legal rights to call for any means possible to collect a BAD debt. Sounds like you can't own up to your reasponsiblity. Sorry grow up.

Like I said, my Dad wasn't on the reference list. They went to another person to get my Dad's number. I owned up to my responsibility by contacting them to get it paid. Go back to school, learn how to spell, since I'm sure this is the ghetto black lady who was in the office when I came to pick it up. Learn customer service and get a life.

Haha and ha. MKJAMISON I wish you tried to break into your apt after the eviction cuz they could've have get you for breaking in and entering. HELLOKITTY Do you know how much the actual bill is for a carpet shampoo? One of my former boyfriends worked for a cleaning company and the 1 bedroom shampoo started at $100. I'm pretty sure you have no idea, so please don't talk bad about things you no nothing about. And if she's that retarded to not fully understand and is also that dumb to wait until the eviction happens. You guys must have pea brains.
