I think it is sad that u have no commonsense.
If u were evicted for not payin rent.. how is it "unfair", u did it to yourself! For whatever the reason may be. That is all there is to it. Do u expect a gas gift card from Wawa' Or applause from yo neighbors' I do NOT understand how u seriously have the "courtesy" to complain about the management' Ive lived over 2 years at Mills and I have always paid my rent on time and Ihad only 2 minor damages in my Apartment. The difference is, Im not distructive! I respect other ppls property. I treat other ppls belongings the same way I take care of mine. I used to see people throwin their Mcdonalds crap in the parkinlot. How nasty is that. I used to pick it up..sometimes :) cuz I don't wanna live in a dirty environment. I have never had any issues with the office staff, I can't say I've had a day were I didn't leave the rental office with a smile on my face.Yea they can be direct at times, if they need to, but for a reason. The only thing that was buggin me, was when i first moved in, i kept forgettin to bring my sons birthletter and the staff had to remind me soo much but hey I wanted to live there so i had to find this darn piece of paper.
My job is to contact clients on behalf of delinquent accounts and gosh have ppl called me every name in the book. Some ppl just like to talk trash about ppl that HAVe to do their job, so im sorry but it makes me furious when clients fuss at me about their debt. I didnt order merchandise for thousnads of dollars they did. So if u got evicted boo hoo. I don't know where u live but u get penalized for not payin... in my world.

I think Orchard Mills Apartments is a wonderful community, i just moved there about a month ago. I'm a single parent that just relocated from another state and i thought that the staff was very helpful with me getting all of my paperwork together. I was very stressed out trying to move to another area but the leasing staff was very patient and guided me the whole time. Especially being a single parent i strongly recommend Orchard Mills. My son and daughter really love the community as well. Kudos to the community for making us feel very welcomed.
